Emma Wannall was 18 years old when she died in 1859.  Her obituary dated June 26, 1859, tells us that Emma died, "...At 7 o'clock this morning of consumption, age 18 years, daughter of William Wannall.  The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon, 7th inst. at 4 o'clock from the residence of her uncle, Chas. P. Wannall, Esq., corner of New York Ave. and 9th St."
