from 15th and H Streets in Washington. He was a plumber by trade for 65
years and held a lifetime membership in the oldest plumbing union,
Local

semi-detached
house, which has since been remodeled to a duplex. When he died
in
1993 William was living in Leonardtown, Maryland.
In May of 2010 we learned that William Howard Sr. had a second wife,
and we were finally able to connect Bernadette to our family tree.
