| William Howard Sr. lived as a young boy on Kramer Place, NE, Washington,
DC. At age 16 he moved to Bladensburg Rd., NE, a couple of blocks
from 15th and H Streets in Washington. He was a plumber by trade for 65
years and held a lifetime membership in the oldest plumbing union, Local
5. Most of his adult life, after marriage, he lived at 10th and E
Streets, SE, Washingtion, just off of Pennsylvania Avenue in a semi-detached
house, which has since been remodeled to a duplex. When he died in
1993 William was living in Leonardtown, Maryland.
