| Chuck's
biographical information and family pictures have been provided by his
first wife, Neoma. She writes, "Chuck enjoyed being father and step-father
to ten children and thirteen grandchildren. Shirley had eight children
by previous marriages. His daughter Kathy went to live with him when
he married Shirley. Chuck Jr. remained with his mother, Neoma.
Chuck was a truck driver most of his life. He died in Branson, MO,
where he was living with a friend. His daughter, Kathy, had his ashes
sent to her when she was living in Mio, MI. She had him buried in
Lucerne. Chuck got his middle name because he was born on Christmas
Day. His nickname came from his dad, [who at the time Chuck was born]
was reading a Popeye comic strip. [He] said, "Wimpy" when he saw
his son for the first time. Chuck enjoyed his years with Shirley
and her family. He felt lost after she died in 1984."
