records indicate Shirley was born in 1935, but our best family records
indicate the above birthday. Although Shirley and Chuck had no children
of their own, Shirley brought eight of her own into the marriage, and Chuck
was a proud step-father to all of them. Shirely and Chuck were close
friends with Chuck's first wife, Neoma, who was a big help to the family
when Shirley was dying of cancer. Neoma lent Chuck her car so he
could commute to and from the hospital from his daughter, Kathy's apartment.
Shirley had a grandson, Shane, living with them at the time. Shirley
was a good friend, who's death was a loss to all on both sides of Chuck's
family.
