PLEASE KEEP YOUR ON-LINE MAILBOX CLEAN!

We have limited storage available for everyone.  Leaving excessive messages in your on-line folders may cause the system to lock out all users.  At this time we do not have the ability to ration space on an individual basis. Please be kind and download or delete old email messages on at least a weekly basis so that you do not disrupt service for the rest of us.

June 22, 2009: You now have the ability to change your own password via the "Options" link at the top of your on-line Inbox.
 
Warning!  Our new email system has a strong spam filter, and we recommend you change your settings to move spam to another folder rather than have the system automatically delete it. You can adjust the Junk Mail settings by using the appropriate selection under the "Options" link. This will allow you, not the system to make the decision about whether or not to delete suspected spam.  Once you are satisfied you are not losing anything of  importance, you can reactivate the filter.
 

We offer full service email to Wannall and Wannell family members.

Full POP Service
You can receive your email through YourName@wannall.com or YourName@wannell.com with our full POP account service.  You can pick up your mail over the Internet at the wannall.com or wannell.com web site by clicking on the appropriate Email Options bar above, or you can filter your mail through one of the many popular mail clients, such as Eudora, Netscape Mail, Outlook Express, Pegasus, etc., and have it go directly to your PC when you log into your client.  (Mail Client service is not  available with AOL.)

Note: There may be a nominal monthly fee, due in full once a year, for full POP account service.  Contact us for details.


Email Forwarding
If you prefer you may setup a wannall.com or wannell.com email address and have all mail forwarded to your home email address. Email forwarding means that your return address on all replies will be your home email, not your wannall.com or wannell.com address. You cannot pick up mail from the internet if you select email forwarding. We do not charge for forwarding service.

Applying For and Setting Up an Account
To sign up for personal email service, contact us at mail@wannall.com or mail@wannell.com.  You may choose any unused account name and any password.  For full POP account service we will set up your account and provide you with a temporary password.  After you log in the first time, you should click on the "Options" link at the top of the screen, and select "Change Password" near the bottom of the left column to create your own, unique password.  If you like, we can help you set up your mail client on your PC or laptop. You may click here for general help and information regarding our email system, but understand that some of the help features are available to the system administrator ("MyCP") only.

Please remember!  Full POP account service is not compatible with AOL!  If your ISP is AOL, you must access wannall.com or wannell.com mail services through this Internet page only.
